“I had the BEST group of friends in high school…Suzi, Jo, Kathy, Maria, Andrea, John, Bruce, Marty, Tom, Ron, Misha Gobert, also my brother, Pete, and his friends, Irving, Ted….high school was all about having good friends….my German teacher tried to set me up with her brother from Texas on a blind date, but a Texas boy and an Oakland girl wasn’t a good mix….my PE teacher taught me what to do to get a good tan (and later I got skin cancer)…..and, I was a white girl who learned how to dance…the students at Tech could DANCE!”
