Bobby Loane ’32

Bobby Loane was a baseball star at Tech who went on to play in the minor leagues as an outfielder for fifteen different teams from 1933 to 1940. He then played a total of 16 games in the major leagues, in 1939 for the Washington Senators and in 1940 for the Boston Braves. Loane died in 2002 Monterey at age 88.
