Historical Archive Test

The material in this Historical Archive of Oakland Technical High School was assembled for the production of the Oakland Tech Centennial Book. Since only excerpts of the hundreds of alumni and former staff interviews and reminiscences could be included in the book, we wanted to make the full versions available. We hope that these first person narratives can serve as primary source material for students and other researchers.

The information below is organized by decade. The alumni profiles from the 1910s, 1920s and 1930s are biographies, not interviews or memories, since there are no living alumni from the first two decades and only a couple from the 1930s.
